TRUSTWORTHY AND KEEPING CLIENTS HAPPY IS THEIR TIN

The crew at NBH,have been amazing at putting strategies for my business into place and making it easy to stay on top of  the game by using technologies that are easy to understand. I had a chat with the main guy, Trav, and I asked him how they do it, and this was his answer while laughing, "It's our passion and sticking together as a team that has made us go this far. We contact each other, make decisions as a team. Before we finalise every project we make sure that all doubts are cleared. Why should I trust you after I was ripped off over $10000 by another developer? Trav: our job is to make sure that we maintain our relationship with our clients for good. Not a one time thing. We also don't ask for money until our clients see the results we promised. Money comes last. They  keep you updated about what changes have been made and what the next steps will be. Would I recommend the NBH crew to anyone?HELL TO THE YES, these guys, the Neighborhood crew, deserve MORE THAN A 5 STAR.

The Neighbourhood team really know their stuff when it comes to holistic marketing methodology. They also do a great job of breaking strategies down into simple terms and are really affable in general. Amazing! Couldn't recommend more highly

From the moment I messaged Trav as he was out of the office at a mates wedding yet still helped me on the spot, my experience with the NBH team has been unreal. I have been tinkering around in this space personally like a mad scientist for the past few years and having a team of people (especially Dom) that not only don't make me feel like a weirdo with all the ideas but more importantly digest these crazy ideas and implement them into my business has been a game-changer. We are only at the start of the journey, and whilst initially daunting, the only thing I regret is not having found these guys sooner. Thanks legends!

Great Agency! Highly Recommend

I highly recommend Neighbourhood as an agency. They really went above and beyond to help me with existing issues I had from previous developers. They provided outstanding advice and guidance and then the quality of their work to rectify the issues was of the highest quality. They saved me a heap of money and made sure I ended up with an outstanding product in the end. I just wish I had started the project with them from the beginning but glad I eventually found them, I will be using them for all future business.

Awesome Agency!

Trav and the team at Neighbourhood have always delivered great work for us.
